hello my husband is under EB3 category of phils. We had our interview last first week of june unfortunately the consul did not isssue us a VISA for her reason that my husband has to take and pass the NCLEX here in phils. Our concern right now considering that if can pass the NCLEX exam next month, are we still affected of retrogression? Anybody can give us advice and suggestion... thanks and more power
