I am a nurse here in the Philippines and Mar. 28, 2006 is my PD for EB3. My question now is, what if by June (by God's grace) my PD will be processed. How many more months should I wait before receiving my packet 4? considering that certain documents (ds230,nbi) need to be updated & be sent to them. A total of how many more months should I still need to wait?
Is it true that during the US consular interview, I still need to be currently employed as a nurse, since my US hospital employer hired me to be a nurse in their hospital in California?
