Texas ......there is no State income tax !!! thats like a free trip home every year.
Houses are affordable too.....they dont go up in price like California or Las Vegas, but you can afford and enjoy the house. I have lived in New York, Chicago, Detroit, and all over California...... I like Texas .

California.i might want to be there because my brother resides there. hmm the taxes may be much (?) , so they say. but probably because of the weather too is one consideration. consider also the natural calamities, in florida, they have twisters but there are warnings, in cali there is earthquake, hehehe, calamities are everywhere...... well, for now my vote goes to california...

8.5% sales tax in Los Angeles. If you plan on buying a house, the property tax is what is bad. The weather is good here though, it's been just about 100% for the past 3 days. As far as getting good weather as well as low taxes and affordable housing, you may want to consider Arizona, Nevada, and New mexico.

My vote goes to texas. I'm in favor of no income tax and my auntie lives there.
